1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. The service

MontagemHub is a multi-tenant application for managing real-estate portfolios: properties, leases and rent invoicing, utility recharges, valuations, and Croatian e-invoicing. Features available to a company depend on its subscription tier.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. Optional two-factor authentication is available. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Tiers and billing

Each company begins on a 30-day trial of the top tier and then continues on the Free tier unless a paid tier is arranged. Tier limits (number of properties and team members) are shown on the company's Plan page. Data over a lower tier's limit remains readable and is never deleted; only the creation of new records is blocked.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service. Each company's data is isolated from every other company's.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Pravila privatnosti.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during this pre-release period. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version identifier above changes when we do, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving notice where practical; on termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy's retention rules.

11. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and its branding remain the property of the operator. You retain all rights to the data your company enters; using the service grants us only the limited licence needed to host and process that data on your behalf.
